Everything You Need To Know About Installing A Car Grille

By Zunsport - 3rd May, 2024

Because car grilles usually sit at the front of the vehicle, they can easily become damaged. If that happens, you need to deal with it straight away.

Of course, there are times when you choose to install a new grille set simply to add protection or give your motor an upgrade. Whatever the reason, you can rest assured that Zunsport grilles can be fitted quickly and easily by any enthusiastic DIY-er.

Fitting a Zunsport grille is fast and easy - once you have received your parts it usually only takes a few minutes to complete the job. All of Zunsport's grilles come with fitment clips and brackets and complete instructions to ensure you can't go wrong. Plus, our customer helpline is there to offer additional advice if you need it or if you want to enquire about the cost of a car grille.

So, how do you fit a Zunsport replacement grille?

1. Guide The Grille Into Place

Every vehicle is different, which is why Zunsport grilles come in a wide variety of styles to fit almost every model of vehicle on the road. There is no need to remove any of your existing car trim and there are no rusty bolts to undo or greasy parts to handle. Simply guide your new grille in to the aperture. Then, all you have to do is clip or attach the brackets that are supplied.

2. Use A Simple Screwdriver To Complete The Job

Once the grille is in position you are ready to screw it into the aperture. Hold any retaining brackets in place using an additional long thin screwdriver or similar tool, and you will ensure a good grip whilst tightening your screws.

3. Away You Go!

Once you’ve checked your work over, it's time for the fun part! Take your vehicle for a quick test drive complete with shiny new grille!
